AlloySign is a brand of Al-Tiay Holdings Limited. We are in the business of design and manufacturing products, not data collection.
We hold the personal information of our customers in high regard and will only use it in as much as we need to deliver our products and services to you.
The data we collect from you is

- contact number
- email address
- billing address
- delivery address
- the products purchased
- the date of the transaction
We ask you for this data so we can make and deliver your order to you. We also use your contact information to contact you about your order.
We share only what is necessary of this information with our shipping partners so they know where to deliver the order and to who. We also share your email address with our email delivery provider so they can deliver our emails to you.
Payment Details
We do not collect payment information from our customers. Online payments are handled independently and securely by the payment gateway provider.
Cookies
We make no attempt to add cookies to your browser. Any data we collect about our site visitors is anonymised and is purely to secure the website against attacks (for example, multiple fraudulent login attempts from the same IP address).

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you register an account on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also email us on admin@alloysign.nz to request your data be deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
We’re a New Zealand company and operate our design and manufacturing here in Aotearoa. Our computer server is hosted in Germany, so our website and the data on it are stored in Germany.
Ultimately, we’re in the business of manufacturing, not collecting and selling data 🙂
